【摘要】 通过对黑龙江省近30个县市马铃薯主产地的系统调查采样,经鉴别寄主反应、血清学测试、电镜观察、种薯传毒试验,系统鉴定出马铃薯X病毒(Potato virus X,PVX)、马铃薯Y病毒(Ptato virus Y,PVY)、马铃薯S病毒(Potato virus S,PVS)、马铃薯M病毒(Potato virus M,PVM)、马铃薯A病毒(Potato virus A,PVA)、马铃薯卷叶病毒(Potato leafroll virus,PLRV)、黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus,CMV)、烟草花叶病毒(Tobacoo mosaic virus,TMV)、烟草脆裂病毒(Tobacoo rattle virus,TRV)、马铃薯Y病毒坏死株系(PVYn);标样K-04和番茄黑环病毒(Toma-to black ring virus,TBRV)有强烈的阳性反应,球形粒体,直径约30 nm,但在田间表现蕨叶症状,可认为该标样疑似番茄黑环病毒引起,或可能携带番茄黑环病毒。TRV,PVYn为局部分布,马铃薯蕨叶病呈局部零星发生。经研究证实至2005年黑龙江省无马铃薯黄矮病毒(Potato yellow dwarf virus,PYOD)马铃薯帚顶病毒(Potato mop top virus,PMTV)、安第斯马铃薯潜隐病毒(Andean potato latent virus,APLV)、安第斯马铃薯斑驳病毒(Andean potato mottlevirus,APMV)、马铃薯V病毒(Potato virus V,PVV)、马铃薯黑环斑病毒(Potato black ringspot virus,PBRSV)的分布,没有发现侵染马铃薯的番茄斑萎病毒(Tomato spotted wilt virus,TSWV)和苜蓿花叶病毒(Alfalfa mosaic virus,AMV)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seven hundreds and ninety two samples of typical symptom caused by potato viruses were collected from 30 counties/cities of Heilongjiang Province from early July to early August,2003-2004.Viruses were identified by diagnostic hosts,serological assays(ELISA) and electron microscopy or ISEM.Potato virus X(PVX),Potato virus Y(PVY),Potato virus S(PVS),Potato virus M(PVM),Potato virus A(PVA),Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV),Tobacco mosaic virus(TMV),PVYn,Tobacco rattle virus(TRV),Potato leaf roll virus(PLRV)were found isolated or complicated.The distribution of TRV and PVYn was limited.The potato fern disease,which occurred sporadically and distributed limitedly,was found in four counties.The study indicated that PYDV,PMTV,PVV,APLV,APMV,PbRSV were not present in Heilongjiang Province.There was no occurrence of potato virus diseases caused by tomato spotted wilt virus and alfalfa mosaic virus in Heilongjiang Province.更多还原
