SUS430合金连接体在模拟SOFC阳极气氛下的氧化
Oxidation of SUS430 alloy interconnector in simulated SOFC anode atmosphere
【摘要】 研究了SUS430合金在模拟SOFC阳极气氛下高温氧化(750℃和850℃)500 h的氧化动力学及其表面氧化膜的形貌。利用SEM、EDS及XRD,分析了样品氧化膜的形貌、成分及晶体结构。在不同的氧化温度下,样品氧化动力学都具有阶段氧化特性;每一阶段都具有不同的Kp,都遵循Wagnar抛物线定律。在所有氧化膜中,Cr2O3为主要氧化产物,并都存在MnCr2O4尖晶石。当在850℃下氧化时,FeO也是主要的氧化产物,并有一定量的Fe分布于其中。
【Abstract】 The kinetics and the oxide scale morphology of SUS430 alloy high temperature(750 ℃ and 850 ℃) oxidized in simulated SOFC anode atmosphere for 500 h were investigated.The morphology,composition and crystal structure of the oxide scales of the samples were characterized by using SEM,EDS and XRD.Multi-stage oxidation kinetics was observed at different oxidation temperature,each stage followed Wagnar’s parabolic law with different Kp.Cr2O3 was the main oxidation product in all oxide scale and MnCr2O4 spinel was also detected.FeO was also the main oxidation product with some dissolved Fe in the oxide scale when oxidation at 850 ℃.
