LaCoO3涂层在SOFC金属连接体中的应用

【摘要】 通过溶胶-凝胶技术,在Fe-16Cr合金上施加LaCoO3导电涂层,研究了涂层对Fe-16Cr合金作为SOFC金属连接体的影响。利用X射线衍射和扫描电镜研究涂层和氧化物膜的结构和表面微观形貌。通过比较具有LaCoO3涂层的合金和Fe-16Cr合金之间的氧化动力学过程,发现在200~500 h之间,具有LaCoO3导电涂层的合金和Fe-16Cr合金的抛物线常数分别为6.64×10-10g2/cm4.s和6.62×10-9g2/cm4.s,LaCoO3能有效地降低Fe-16Cr金属连接体的氧化速率,提高其高温导电能力。

【Abstract】 LaCoO3 electric coating synthesized by the sol-gel method was applied on Fe16Cr alloy,the effect of coating to the Fe-16Cr alloy used as metallic interconnector in solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) was researched.The structures and surface morphology of coating and oxide film were characterized using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.By comparing the process of oxidation kinetics of alloy with LaCoO3 coating and Fe-16Cr alloy,it was found that between 200 h and 500 h,their parabolic constant were 6.64×10-10 g2/cm4·s and 6.62×10-9 g2/cm4·s,respectively.The LaCoO3 electric coating was effective in protecting the metallic interconnector from oxidation and improving its high temperature electric capacity.
