【摘要】 采用Nafion/SiO2溶液和多孔PTFE薄膜为原料,制备了Nafion/SiO2/PTFE复合膜。SEM图片表明:复合膜具有良好的树脂填充度;FTIR测试表明:SiO2被引入到复合膜中,没有影响膜的本体结构;TG-DTA测试表明:复合膜具有良好的保水性能。充放电测试表明:由于SiO2的保水作用,复合膜在高电流密度时(>0.4 A/cm2)具有更好的输出能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nafion/SiO₂/PTFE composite membrane was prepared with Nafion/SiO₂ solution and porous PTFE film as raw materials.SEM photographs showed the composite membrane had good resin degree of filling.FTIR test showed SiO₂ filling had no influence on the ontic structure of the composite membrane.TG-DTA test showed the composite membrane had excellent water-holding power.The charge-discharge test showed the composite membrane had better output performance in the high current density region（>0.4 A/cm²） due to the excellent water-holding property of SiO₂.更多还原
