尖晶石型LiMn2O4薄膜电极的制备及电化学性质
Preparation and electrochemical performance of spinel LiMn2O4 thin film electrode
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法和旋转涂布工艺,在较低的退火温度(450℃)下制备了尖晶石型LiMn2O4薄膜。XRD和AFM的结果表明:LiMn2O4薄膜为纯相尖晶石结构(Fd 3 m空间群),由粒径约为200 nm的晶粒构成。采用循环伏安和恒流充放电法对薄膜的电化学性质及锂离子扩散系数(DLi)进行了研究。薄膜电极初始放电容量为32.5μAh/cm2.μm,电极材料具有很高的可逆性和良好的充放电性能,平均DLi为1.12×10-11cm2/s。
【Abstract】 Thin films of spinel LiMn2O4 were synthesized by sol-gel method using a spin coating method with annealing at(450 ℃.) The results of XRD and AFM showed that the thin film of LiMn2O4 was pure spinel structure(Fd3m spacer) and composed of homogenous grains with diameter about 200 nm.Cyclic voltammogram and galvanostatic charge-discharge methods were used to research the electrochemical performance and lithium diffusion coefficient(DLi) of thin film.The initial discharge capacity of the thin film electrode was 32.5 μAh/cm2·μm.The electrode material had high reversibility and good charge-discharge performance,the average DLi was 1.12×10-11 cm2/s.
