正极材料Li1+xV3O8的合成及电化学性能
Synthesis and electrochemical performance of cathode material Li1+xV3O8
【摘要】 以Li2CO3和V2O5为原料,采用固相法合成了锂离子电池正极材料Li1+xV3O8。通过TG-DTG分析,确定了合成过程的反应机理。通过XRD和恒流充放电测试,研究了Li1+xV3O8样品的结构及电化学性能。580℃焙烧得到层状结构的Li1+xV3O8产品,电化学性能优于630℃焙烧得到的产品;以C/8充放电,首次放电比容量达到245.1 mAh/g,第30次循环的比容量仍为246.7 mAh/g。
【Abstract】 Cathode materials Li1+xV3O8 for Li-ion battery were synthesized by solid reaction method with Li2CO3 and V2O5 as raw materials.Main reaction mechanism was determined by TG-DTG analysis.Structure and electrochemical performance of Li1+xV3O8 were characterized by XRD and constant current charge-discharge tests.Li1+xV3O8 synthesized at 580 ℃ was layer structure and had better electrochemical performance than that of material synthesized at 630 ℃.Its initial discharge specific capacity was 245.1 mAh/g at C/8 and remained 246.7 mAh/g at the 30th cycle.
