溶胶-凝胶法合成正极材料LiFePO4
Cathode material LiFePO4 synthesized by sol-gel method
【摘要】 以Fe3+盐为铁源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO4,用XRD、SEM、恒流充放电和交流阻抗方法研究了样品的结构、形貌和电化学性能。样品0.1C首次放电容量达到131 mAh/g,经10次循环后,容量保持率为96%。采用溶胶-凝胶法合成的LiFePO4,抑制了循环过程中电化学反应阻抗的增加。
【Abstract】 Li-ion battery cathode material LiFePO4 was prepared by sol-gel method with Fe(Ⅲ) salt as Fe source.The structure,morphology and electrochemical performance of the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,galvanostatic charge-discharge and AC impedance methods.The initial capacity of the sample reached 131 mAh/g at 0.1 C.After 10 cycles,the capacity retention rate was 96%.The electrochemical reaction resistance of LiFePO4 synthesized by sol-gel method was suppressed at cycle process.
