The Impact of Human Capital Theory on the Formation and Development of Human Resources Theory
【摘要】 人力资本理论的产生发展,确立了人力资源在组织中的重要地位,形成了人力资源开发理论,使人力资源理论发展成为完整的理论体系。
【Abstract】 The formation and development of human capital theory ensures the distinguished position for human resources in organizations,helps to form the theory of human resources’ exploitation and enables the theory of human resources to be an all-round theory system.
