【摘要】 大学生就业难已成为一个令人关注的社会问题。造成就业难的主要原因是高校扩招、产业结构调整、制度建设相对滞后、学生就业理念偏颇、高校人才培养模式与社会需求脱节等。因此,政府要加强体制改革,大学生要转变就业理念,学校要调整人才培养模式、加强就业指导,只有这样,才能解决就业难的社会问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Employment problems of college students have been seen as an eye-popping social problem.The main causes of this problem range from the increasing recruitment of colleges and universities,structural adjustment of industry,lags in systematic construction,students’ divergent opinions on job hunting to less correspondence between college training pattern and social needs.This situation can only be mitigated through systematical reform by government,students’ opinions on job hunting,adjustment of college training pattern and employment guidance.And the express passage to employment can be established in this way.更多还原
