基于双阶分离式BOM的物料需求计划算法的研究与实现
Research and Application of MRP Algorithm Based on Double-layers Separative BOM
【摘要】 基于大批量定制生产模式,提出了一种新的BOM结构:双阶分离式BOM,并给出了基于这种BOM结构的物料需求计划的递归算法.本算法直接读取部件BOM并进行统计,保证了利用最新BOM数据进行运算,防止了原系统采用汇总BOM进行运算可能带来的误差,能提高物料需求计划运算的速度,使计划的经常性的变更成为可能.
【Abstract】 A new BOM structure —double-layers separative BOM is presented based on mass customization.MRP’s recursion algorithm is given.It can read and calculate assembly BOM directly,operating by new BOM data,avoiding errors by using gather BOM in original system.It can greatly improve the efficiency of MRP’s operation.meeting with dynamic demands.
