【摘要】 通过对江苏技术师范学院部分大学生参加课外体育活动的次数与持续时间、兴趣、动机、项目和活动方式等方面的调查与分析,总结归纳普通高校大学生课外体育活动现状的特点;探讨普通高校开展好课外体育活动以培养大学生对体育的兴趣及树立终身体育意识的思路和方略,并就此提出了具体的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 After making detailed survey and analysis of the status quo of university students of Jiangsu Teachers University of Technology,who take part in after-school physical activities in terms of the frequency,duration,interest,motivation,item and ways of activities etc.,this paper sums up the characteristics of the status quo of after-school physical activities of university students.It also discusses that the university is cultivating students’ interests in physical activities by promoting after-school physical activities widely,and setting up the awareness of life long physical activities.In terms of these,this paper also gives some suggestions.更多还原
