【Abstract】 In the reform of educating and teaching in applied undergraduate colleges,the system of "class tutor" is being practiced.The multiple functions and professional ability of "class tutor",the plural qualities of the work in applied undergraduate education are expounded and approached from different angles.By analyzing the practice of the class tutor’s work,the question on how to guide students is discussed.更多还原
