锡林郭勒草原克氏针茅抗旱生理变化的研究
Study of the change of drought-resistant physiology of Stipa krylovii in Xilinguole steppe
【摘要】 为揭示不同生长时期、不同地区克氏针茅Stipa krylovii抗旱性,对内蒙古锡林郭勒草原5个地区克氏针茅的某些抗性生理指标:丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、脯氨酸(Pro)进行比较分析,结果表明:5月份(生长初期)克氏针茅MDA含量最高,POD、SOD活性最低;7月份(盛期)与9月份(末期)MDA含量降低,POD、SOD活性增加,而游离脯氨酸含量变化并不规律。综合分析表明,克氏针茅在分布区内,随着降水量的减少,游离Pro含量和保护酶活性增加,MDA减少,在生理方面表现出对环境较强的适应性。
【Abstract】 In order to determine the drought resistance of Stipa krylovii from different regions and of different growing stages in Xilinguole in Inner Mongolia,The physiological index of S.krylovii from five regions were examined.The results indicated that MDA content was the highest in May,while POD and SOD activities were the lowest;following MDA content declined in July and September,POD and SOD activities increased,while the changing of Pro content was not very regular.In a whole,along with the decrease of the precipitation,Pro content and enzyme activity increased,while MDA content decreased.S.krylovii had higher adaptability to environment from the physiological(aspect.)
