饲料中不同钼铜水平对肉牛血铜代谢规律的研究
Study on Metabolic Rule of Blood Copper to Beef Cattle with Different Concentration of Molybdenum and Copper in Feedstuff
【摘要】 选择4头年龄、体重相近的健康利木赞与鲁西黄牛杂交公牛。试验分低钼期(钼浓度即正常情况下不加钼)和高钼期(添加钼浓度为5mg/kg)两个阶段进行。结果表明:低钼水平下,铜添加10、25和50mg/kg时血铜水平在0.97~1.18mg/kg之间,血铜含量变化不显著。说明10mg/kg的铜添加浓度就可满足牛的需要。高钼水平下,血铜含量随铜添加量的增加而变化较大,加10mg/kg铜时血铜水平在0.8mg/kg以下,不能满足牛的需要。当添加量达25mg/kg和50mg/kg时,血铜水平上升到1.0mg/kg左右,可满足牛对铜的需要并能保持基本恒定,且添加25mg/kg和50mg/kg铜时牛的血铜无差异,证明高钼时添加25mg/kg最为经济。
【Abstract】 The study were conducted by two periods of low Mo(the concentration of Mo was omg/kg)and high Mo(the concentration of Mo was 10mg/kg).Three factors Latin-square was used in this experiment.The result was as follows:under the condition of low Mo,the blood copper content was 0.97~1.18mg/kg when the concentration of Cu was 10mg/kg and 50mg/kg.And the variable of blood copper was not remarkable.It indicated that the copper additive level of 10mg/kg could meet the needs of the cattle.Under high Mo,the variable of blood copper content was so much with increasing of copper additive level.When the concentration of copper was 10mg/kg,the blood copper content was under 0.8mg/kg,it couldn’t meet the needs of copper to cattle.When 25mg/kg and 50mg/kg were added,the blood copper content was about 1.0mg/kg,It could meet the needs of cattle.And the blood copper content was no different.The most suitable additive level was 25mg/kg with high Mo.
