【摘要】 目的研究大鼠异体神经段经皮下包埋2周的形态学变化。方法W istar大鼠30只,雄性。C组(10只)为供体组,余随机分为2组,实验(A组)组10只,于右大腿后侧皮下行异体坐骨神经包埋,2周后取出;对照组(B组)10只,取左坐骨神经15mm包埋于右大腿后侧,2周后取出,行形态学研究。结果实验组炎性反应稍重于对照组,髓鞘退变2组相似。结论A组周围神经发生一定的炎性反应,但schwanncell(SC)的活性与B组周围神经相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the ultrastructural changes of cell in a subcvtaneous implant of peripheral nerve in rats.Methods Thirty male wistar rats were divided into 3 groups(A,B,C groups).There were 10 rats in each group,Group C served as the donors.A 15mm segment of sciatic nerve harvested from the donors was separately inserted into subcutaneous compartment on the right thigh in the rats of group A.In the control group(group B,n=10),a 15mm segment of sciatic herve harvested from the left thigh,and was inserted into subcutaneous compartment on the right thigh.Two weeks later,the segment of sciatic nerve in subcutaneus compartment was removed en bloc for morphological observation.Results The inflammatory reaction was stronger in group A than that of group B.The degeneration of tendinous sheath was the same both in group A and group B.Conclusion The allograft of sciatic nerve inserted into subcutaneous compartment can promote inflammatory reaction,but Schwann cell of the allograft was the same as that of the autograft.更多还原
