含磺酸正丁酯单元聚合物的热分解性能及其亲和性变化研究
Study on the Thermolysis Troterties and Assinity Switch of Polymers Containing n-Butyl Sulfonote Unit
【摘要】 本研究合成了P-乙烯基苯磺酸正丁酯单体,并将其与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)按不同比例共聚得到了一系列二元聚合物。同时通过IR、1HNMR、DSC和TG分别确认了其结构、组成、热分解和热稳定性。亲和性的变化实验结果表明P-乙烯基苯磺酸正丁酯在热作用下发生分解反应产生磺酸,树脂能够发生较大的亲和性变化,由水不溶变为水溶,P乙-烯基苯磺酸正丁酯的含量和热作用时间对亲和性变化均有影响。
【Abstract】 A monomer butylp -styrenesulfonate and its copolymers lith lethyl methacrylate(MMA) in different ratio were synthesized.And their structures,compositions,thermolysis properties and thermal stabilities were confirmed by IR, ~1 HNMR,DSC and TG,The experiment results indicated that the copolymers had a good thermal stnbili(>200℃) and a relntively high thermolysis temperature ,and butyl p -styrenesulfonate couldproduce sulfonicacid upon thermo-decomposition,which drought a higher affinity switch of copolymers from complete insolublity to high solublity in aqueous solution.
