【摘要】 通过对社区公共设施配套建设及其现状分析入手,在借鉴成熟理论的基础上,提出了社区公共设施配套的规划策略,并针对《南京新建地区公共设施配套标准指引》作了概括性的阐述和分析。相比于以往的公共设施配套标准, 所提出的和谐社区公共设施配套策略更加关注实施的现实性,强调通过规划引导和政府支持达到公共领域和建筑个体之间的协调,实现可持续发展的和谐社区。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper proposes the strategy of urban communities’ public service facilities construction, based on the analysis of actuality and the use for reference of mature theories. Compared with the former criterions, there strategies pay more attention on the actualization, emphasizing the important role of plan directions and government supports on the construction of sustainable harmonious community and the achievement of harmonization between public spaces and individual buildings.更多还原
