Sol-Gel法低温烧结NiCuZn铁氧体的磁导率、温度系数等性能与Zn含量的关系
Zinc Content Dependence of Permeability and Permeability Temperature Factor for Low Temperature Sintered NiCuZn Ferrites Prepared by Sol-Gel Method
【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Ni1-a-xZnxCuaFe2O4(0.15≤a<0.25,0.1≤x≤0.65)铁氧体超细粉。测量了烧结样品的起始磁导率μi、Q值、比温度系数αμ/μi、居里温度TC、饱和磁化强度Ms、矫顽力Hc等与Zn含量的μ关系。给出了六个不同Zn含量样品的磁导率温度曲线。发现随Zn含量的增加比温度系数αμ/μi(20~60℃)由正到负。获得了μi>1000、比温度系数αμ/μi<1×10-6/℃、居里温度TC=125℃、比损耗因子tanδ/μi<2×10-5μ的高导、低温度系数、低烧(880±20℃)NiCuZn铁氧体材料。
【Abstract】 The fine powder of Ni1-a-xZnxCuaFe2O4 ferrites with 0.15≤a<0.25, 0.1≤x≤0.65 was prepared bysol-gel method. The Zn content x dependence of properties of the sintered specimens were illustrated, including theinitial permeability μi, the Q value, the Curie temperature TC and TC μ Ms , the saturation magnetization Ms, and thecoercive force Hc. The temperature curves of μi reveals that values of αμ/μi (20~60℃), i.e. the temperature factor ofμi, alter signs at x=0.55-0.65. The NiCuZn ferrites with properties of μi>1000, TC=125℃, tanδ/μi<2×10-5 andαμ/μi=-0.9×10-6/℃ at sintering temperature 880±20℃ were obtained. The problem of sol-gel method in the ratio ofperformance to cost is indicated due to its high cost of raw materials.
