应用于高频变压器的NiZn铁氧体材料性能分析
Property Analysis of the NiZn Ferrite Used in High Frequency Transformer
【摘要】 依据高频变压器对软磁材料性能的要求和NiZn铁氧体材料的特性设计了三种不同磁导率的NiZn材料配方,对材料的功耗特性等进行了具体的测试分析,并对高频变压器设计中关心的NiZn材料关键参数进行了测试分析,结果表明采用该配方制备的新型功率NiZn材料具有良好的高频特性。
【Abstract】 According to the property requirement of soft ferrite used in high frequency transformers,three new formulas of NiZn ferrite were designed.The power loss and key parameters of NiZn ferrite concerned in the design of high frequency transformer are measured and analyzed.As a result,a kind of NiZn ferrite with excellent high frequency characteristic was prepared.
