热压工艺参数对竹地板甲醛释放量的影响
Effects of Hot-pressing Variables on Formaldehyde Emissions of Bamboo Flooring
【摘要】 对竹地板热压工艺与甲醛释放量的关系进行了研究,经过优化确定最佳工艺参数为:热压温度125℃,每毫米板厚的保压时间60s,最高单位压力2.5MPa。试验证明使用该工艺生产的竹地板甲醛释放量低且力学性能达标。
【Abstract】 A study was made of the effect of the hot-pressing variables on formaldehyde emission and mechanicalproperties of bamboo flooring by orthogonal experiments. The results demonstrated that optimum hot-pressing vari-ables were: press temperature of 125℃, press time of 60s per millimeter board thickness, and the highest press pressureof 2. 5MPa. Mechanical properties of flooring pressed under these conditions met the standard requirements and form-aldehyde emission reduced greatly.
