铣槽深度对中密度纤维板表面结合强度测试结果的影响初探
Influence of the Milled Groove Depth on the Testing Results of Surface Bonding Strength of MDF
【摘要】 通过试验分析比较铣槽深度的改变对中密度纤维板表面结合强度测试结果的影响。试验结果表明,铣槽深度在0.3~0.8mm范围内变化时,对测试结果的影响不大;当铣槽深度在0.3~0.8mm范围以外变化时,则对测试结果有较大的影响。
【Abstract】 The influence of changing the milled groove depth on testing results of the surface bonding strengthof MDF was analysed through experiment. The result showed that when the groove depth varied from 0.3mm to0.8mm, it made few differences in the testing results; but when the depth was out of that range, it made bigdifferences.
