4种园林苗木对汽车尾气适应性能力的研究
Study on the effects of automobile exhaust on tolerant physiological indexes of four garden plant species
【摘要】 采用不同浓度的汽车尾气(0.0、0.3、0.5、0.8、1.2、1.52、.0 mg/m3)对黄杨、七叶树、栾树和楸树4种苗木进行静态熏气处理。结果表明:随着处理浓度的增加,4个树种叶片各指标变化模式不同,SOD、POD酶活性变化趋势相似,均先上升后下降;MDA和相对电导率的变化趋势均整体上升,说明尾气对质膜造成了伤害;脯氨酸含量的变化未表现出规律性。采用模糊数学隶属度公式对各项指标测定值进行定量转换,对四种苗木的抗汽车尾气污染能力进行综合评价,苗木抗污染能力的大小依次为:楸树>黄杨>七叶树>栾树。
【Abstract】 By means of fumigating two years old seedlings in open top chambers,this paper studied the effect of automobile exhaust on proline content,relative conductivity,malondialdehyde content(MDA) superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and peroxidase(POD) activity,in the seedlings foliage of four tree species Buxus sinica Cheng,Aesculus chinensis Bunge.Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm.Catalpa bungei C.A.Mey.During the fumigation,the seedlings were exposed to different automobile exhaust concentrations(0.0、0.3、0.5、0.8、1.2、1.5、2.0 mg/m~3) for the same duration(72 h).The results showed that: with automobile exhaust concentration increasing,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities first increased then descended.Peroxidase(POD) activity has similar trend with superoxide dismutase(SOD).Relative conductivity and malondialdehyde(MDA) content increased with automobile exhaust concentration increasing.It suggested the Membrane lipid has been broken.Changing of proline content did not show the same tendency with tolerance ability.Subordinate function analysis suggested that the tolerance of test tree species to automobile exhaust was in order of: Catalpa bungei C.A.Mey.> Buxus sinica Cheng > Aesculus chinensis Bunge > Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm.
