【摘要】 为合理利用磷素资源,提高土壤磷素肥力,采用微区桶试验研究了磷肥、有机肥对土壤有机磷及磷酸酶活性的影响。结果表明:施用有机肥显著增加土壤有机磷含量和土壤磷酸酶活性;施用磷肥显著增加了Olsen-P量、土壤有机磷无显著变化。土壤有机磷与磷酸酶活性、有机质呈显著正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of phosphate fertilizer and organic manure on the content of organic phosphorus and the activity of phosphatase were studied by using the micro area tube experiment.The result indicated that the application of organic manure increased the content of organic phosphorus and the activity of phosphstase in soil significantly,but had poor effect on the organic phosphorus by applying phosphate fertilizer.The content of organic phosphorus was remarkably linear correlated with phospatase activity and organic matter.更多还原
