【摘要】 通过注射GnRH-A和饲喂复合中药,研究其对河蟹卵巢发育的影响,结果表明:雌蟹注射GnRH-A和饲喂复合中药后,蜕壳频率明显降低,卵巢指数明显下降,其中中药组河蟹达显著水平(P<0.05),肝胰腺指数明显升高,但未达显著水平;卵母细胞直径均显著下降(P<0.05),性腺肝胰腺质量比变化不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of GnRH-A and compound Chinese herbal medicine on the crab ovarian development were studied.The results showed:Molting frequency and ovarian index obviously decreased,among which ovarian index of crab in Chinese herbal medicine group was significantly decreased ((P<0.05),) and hepatopancreas index was obviously improved by injecting GnRH-A and feeding compound Chinese herbal medicine.Oocyte diameter was significantly decreased(P<0.05),ovary/hepatopancreas mass ratio had no notable change.更多还原
