【摘要】 采用植物生长调节剂矮壮素(CCC)浇灌野生地榆,测定株高及其叶片中内源激素(GA3,IAA,ABA,ZT)的含量,并分析了CCC对株高和内源激素的影响。结果表明:CCC能有效地矮化植株,抑制赤霉素,生长素,玉米素的合成,并且呈现出随着药剂浓度的增大而降低的趋势。CCC还能有效地影响脱落酸含量,使之在营养生长期和生殖生长期分别增加和降低,从而提高地榆的抗性和延缓其衰老。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wild flower Sanguisorba officinalis L.was treated by plant growth regulator chlormequat（CCC）.The height and endogenous hormones in leaves were determined.The results showed that CCC could significantly reduce the height and inhibit the synthesis of GA₃,IAA,ZT and they were reduced as the content of CCC increased.Meanwhile,CCC could effectively increase and decrease the content of ABA at vegetative growth stage and reproductive stage respectively.Accordingly,CCC can improve the hardiness and put off senescence of Sanguisorba officinalis L.更多还原
