错位浮环轴承流体动力特性的边界元分析
Boundary Element Analysis on Hydrodynamic Characteristics of Dislocated Float-ring Bearings
【摘要】 采用边界元方法,对错位浮环轴承的流体动力特性进行了分析,得到了错位浮环轴承轴颈表面、轴承表面及浮环内外表面的压力随偏心率的变化而变化的规律,同时对各种偏心率下的流场和摩擦损耗进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The hydrodynamic characteristic of dislocated float-ring bearing is analyzed by means of the boundary element method.The law of pressure distribution on surfaces(journal,bearing and float ring surface)varying with eccentricity is obtained.The flow field and the friction losses corresponding to various eccentricities are analyzed.
