超声对胎儿肾窝空缺临床价值的研究

【摘要】 目的应用超声对产前胎儿发生肾窝空缺的临床意义。方法对所有产前超声检查胎儿肾窝空缺的病例共53例,将其产前及产后全部病例进行统计分析。结果53例胎儿有肾窝空缺,28例发生在左侧,25例在右侧,男性胎儿29例,女性24例,超声检查时随着孕妇年龄增大发生胎儿肾窝空缺率有增长趋势。平均孕期为26周,最早发现为12周妊娠。53例中有28例为异位肾(52.83%),其中20例在盆腔内,8例为对侧融合肾。超声一直未能确定其位置的有7例,出生后证明6例为发育异常,包括泌尿生殖系统和心血管病等多系统异常。1例为正常肾脏。共有18例(33.96%)为先天性肾缺如。结论如果有一侧肾窝空缺常见的是异位肾或先天性缺如,常常伴有其他先天性异常。

【Abstract】 Objective To realize the clinical significance of prenate sonography to find fetuses with empty renal fossa.Methods Empty renal fossa was found in 53 fetuses on prenatal sonography.The prenatal and postnatal data were recorded and statistically analysed.Results Of the 53 cases,the empty fossa on the left was in 28 cases and on the right in 25.Twenty nine were male and 24 were female.The incidence rate of empty renal fossa had increasing tendency with the increasing gestational ages,with average of 26 week gestational age.The earliest diagnosis was made on 12 weeks,The missed kidney was ectopic in 28 cases (52.83%):20 in the pelvis and 8 fused to the contralateral kidney.The location of the absent kidney had not been found in 7 cases 6 of which were identified dysplastic after born.The multiple system dysplasia included genitourinary and cardiovascular systems and etc.One case was normal.Eighteen fetuses (33.96%)were congenitally absent.Conclusions If a kidney is not found in the renal fossa,most are either ectopic or congenitally absent.An empty renal fossa is ofien associated with other congenital anomalies.
