【摘要】 目的早期发现、及时诊断急慢性血栓形成,观察血栓的演变及评价疗效。方法二维超声检查观察静脉壁、静脉腔内情况,记录血栓部位、大小及栓塞程度,CDFI观察彩色血流充填、充盈缺损和侧支循环情况。结果髂股静脉血栓形成11例,股静脉血栓形成、小腿深静脉血栓形成49例,下肢深静脉血栓形成19例。结论CDFI是一种无创、快捷、准确的检查方法,可以显示血栓的形态、类型、管腔阻塞情况,血流状态及急慢性病变,对治疗的效果可进行动态评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to early find and promptly to diagnose acute or chronic thrombosis,to observe variation of thrombi and to evaluate therapy effects.Methods We observed venous walls and flows on two dimensional ultrasonography,The sites,size,thrombotic degree,color flow and collateral circulation on CDFI were observed and recorded.Results Iliofemoral venous thrombosis in 11 cases,femoral and deep venous thrombosis in 49 and whole deep venous thrombusis of the lower extremity in 19 were found on CDFI.Conclusions CDFI is a direct and accurate method for displaying the types of thrombosis,state of occlusion and acute or chronic lesions.We can also dynamicly evaluate the therapeutic efficacy on ultrasound.更多还原
