【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查对桥本甲状腺炎的诊断价值。方法对16例临床明确诊断的桥本甲状腺炎患者进行二维及彩色多普勒超声检查,并对结果进行回顾性分析。结果5例早期桥本甲状腺炎腺体回声减低,增粗,分布不均匀;9例患者腺体回声不均匀增粗,增强,内见散在条状中强回声,使实质呈网格状;2例单发病灶误诊1例,误诊率6.25%。结论超声检查对桥本甲状腺炎的诊断具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ultrasonic value in the diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Methods [WT5”BZ]A tatal of 16 patients clinically diagnosed as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis underwent two-dimensional and color Doppler flow imaging,and the image characteristics were analyged.Results The ultrasonographic characteristics of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis was that echoes were diffusely hypoechoic reduced in early stage.As the illness deteriorated,there were moderate and strong echoes looked like scattered strips.Conclusions Ultrasonography has high advantages in diagnosing Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.更多还原
