【Abstract】 The urban highway and bridge toll has stable cash flow. It is a better financial vehicle that can be used to change, by the way of innovative financial model-ABS, the future income of the highway and bridge toll into cash ahead of time so as to promote the urban infrastructure financial level. Based on the current situation of Wuhan highway and bridge toll, this paper has made a comparative analysis on the two financial models between TOT and ABS which are suitable to the highway and bridge toll project, and puts forward the corresponding policy proposal.更多还原
