【Abstract】 The convention and exhibition industry posses of the characteristics such as strong industry connection and rich industry profit etc,so more and more cities in China attach great importance to development its convention and exhibition industry,in order to gain more society and economic benefits. But the development goals of many cities are often mismatched with their realities because of the lack of necessary systematic researches so that they have little chance to realize them. Combined with the reality of Rizhao ,this paper carry on a SWOT’s analysis,namely analyzing the strengths and weakness,opportunities and threats of Rizhao convention and exhibition industry. Based on these, the paper puts forward the development objective that Rizhao convention and exhibition industry should achieve in the future. Finally the related developing countermeasures to realize these goals are also proposed.更多还原
