【Abstract】 The gene mutation without fibroin production from the silkworm germplasm resources was utilized in the present breeding program by hybridization and target gene selection techniques,a special silkworm race with pure-sericin-cocoon character was bred for the efficient production of high quality sericin.Moreover,the gene to control of the production of flavonoid was integrated into sericin production,so as to provide special material for its use in healthy food,medicine and exclusive cosmetic products.更多还原
