【Abstract】 The flowing population governance has become an essential part of social governance,as well as an important aspect in constructing the harmonious community.With reference to the successful experience of Tianjian Community in Changsha,this article puts forward the several suggestions on the governance of flowing population in the urban community such as enhancing the construction of the community,building the mechanism for the communication of the disadvantageous groups,promoting innovations in the work of the residential committee and going all out to develop the non-profiting organizations.更多还原
