【Abstract】 Foreign researchers!have advanced numerous theories to explain the cause of restructuring,such as efficiency difference theory,inefficient manager theory,operating synergy,and diversification theory.This paper argues that these theories can be brought into the analytical frame based on the organizational capital,through the analysis of the organizational capital.So,the transfer of organizational capital is the main cause of restructuring.更多还原
