【Abstract】 The new constitutionalism derives from the traditional political science,but at the same time it also makes a breakthrough.In comparison with traditional constitutionalism,the new constitutionalism shows an obvious expansion in the aspects of theoretical basis,reasonable angle to comprehend human motives,value tendency,scope of system,constitutionalism targets etc.New constitutionalism,as a categorized hermeneutic frame,provides us with a new perspective of inspirations and therefore is of practical reference to the construction of Chinese constitutional policy.更多还原
