【摘要】 从城市交通可持续发展及建设节约型城市的角度,对建设和发展专为汽车提供服务的城市地下快速干道的必要性和可行性进行了分析。作者认为:建设城市地下快速干道,既可以缓解城市交通拥挤现状又符合节约土地的要求,在经济、技术和环境方面也不存在重大障碍,对于交通拥挤严重、地表交通用地极度缺乏的特大城市而言,建立城市地下快速干道应该是实现城市交通可持续发展的可选途径之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the perspective of the sustainable development of urban traffic and the construction of abstemious city,the necessity and feasibility of building and developing underground expressway which is specially used by automobile was analyzed,The results show that building underground expressway can not only lessen traffic jam,but also accord with the demand of saving land,which doesn’t have fatal difficulties in economy,technology and environment.For those big cities with serious traffic jams and short of land that can be used in traffic,building underground expressway is one of the optional ways for realizing the sustainable development of the urban traffic.更多还原
