【摘要】 随着我国经济的高速发展,小汽车进入家庭势不可挡。从城市布局、车、路等方面分析了目前昆明市城市交通所面临的严峻状况,而私人小汽车的迅速增长进一步加剧了城市交通的拥挤。通过对小汽车需求管理方法的优缺点和适用性分析比较,提出采用引导法和经济调控法来控制昆明市小汽车合理使用和发展,优化城市内部交通结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 With a high-speed of economic development in China, there has been an irreversible tendency that more and more passenger cars are entering Chinese households nowadays. This paper analyzes the severe situation faced by the City of Kunming in regards of urban land use patterns, urban roads, and the amount of cars traveling in the city, with traffic congestion worsened by a high pace of private car increase. Through a comparison of the pros and cons and the applicability of travel demand management for passenger cars, the paper proposes the ushering and economic adjusting methods to control the use and development of passenger cars in the city, and to improve the city’s traffic makeup.更多还原
