【摘要】 高校学生管理的复杂性决定了管理模式的多样性,不同的管理模式产生的效果各不相同。传统管理模式忽视学生的主体地位、个体需要和发展需要,实施以人为本的管理模式有利于促进学生的全面发展,调动学生的积极性、主动性和创造性。本文在对传统管理模式和以人为本的管理模式分析基础之上,初步地探讨了以人为本的高校学生管理模式的构建。更多还原
