光子探测器响应DTC[n_r(r)]校准方法及应用
The calibration method and applications of the photon counter’s response DTC[n_r(r)]
【摘要】 介绍了光子计数器的结构、工作原理并对其进行了响应校准。讨论了光子计数器在小型米散射激光雷达信号探测系统中的应用。
【Abstract】 The applications of a photon counter in a signal detection system of a compact Mie Scattering Lidar is described on this paper.The structure and principle of photon counter are clarified,and it was calibrated particularly.
