微区衍射术在地质学研究领域中的应用
The application of Micro-area X-ray diffractometry in the mineral area
【摘要】 微区衍射是研究微米级矿物相信息的重要手段,因样品的细小和X射线光源的限制使得研究难以深入进行。本文介绍了常见的三种微区衍射,并给出了常规微光源下获得的碱性长石微区X射线衍射(XRD)数据,通过与碱性长石的JCPDS卡片数据的对比表明,该微区为低温钠长石,而X射线粉末衍射结果表明该碱性长石为正长石和钠长石的混晶,表明微区X射线衍射研究在地质学研究中具有较好的应用远景,它对于微米级矿物的相鉴定、相转变研究具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Micro-area X-ray diffractometry is an important method to obtain phase information of an unknown micrometric mineral.The study in this situation is often hampered by its fine particle in size and X-ray light source.Three types of micro-area diffractometry are presented in this paper.One example executed in one alkaline feldspar slide by means of micro-area X-ray diffractometry is presented in this paper.The results show that mineral in this area is low temperature albite according to the standard XRD data from JCPDS cards.However,this alkaline feldspar is a mixture of microcline and albite by means of XRD identification.The study implies that it could be a prospected way to study phase and phase transformation etc.in micrometric minerals.
