【Abstract】 Taking Harbin as an example, in terms of the contradictions between supple and demand on land use of urban and rural areas, lack of public space, low efficiency of land use for construction in villages, etc, the paper concludes that the balanced develop- ment of urban and rural areas should be enhanced and the land use pattern should be optimized by sticking to the scientific concept of development and the ef- fective method of land use optimization, that the prin- ciple of humanism should be emphasized and the liv- able environmental space should be created, and that the sustainable development should be adhered to and urban lands should be used in an intensive and efficient way.更多还原
