【摘要】 以地处区域经济发展较快的山东南部地区县级市滕州为例,探讨了该地区的城镇化特征和驱动机制,采用实地调查的方式得出在位于交通廊道、人口密集、远离特大城市且区域经济发展较快的地区——滕州市也具有半城市化特征。同时分析了这种半城市化地区存在的问题,指出在该地区进行城镇体系规划时必须关注乡村居民点的整合,建立城乡统一的基础设施和公共服务设施标准,加强对这类地区乡村居民点建设和用地的引导。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper,taking Tengzhou city as an example,which is located in south Shandong Prov-ince with a comparatively high speed economic development,discusses the characteristics of urban-ization and mechanism.By site survey,it finds that even such a rapidly developed area as Tengzhou which are densely populated,far way from metropolis and situated in the transportation corridor,it still have the characteristic of peri-urbanization.Then by ana-lyzing the problems in this area,it makes suggestions on the formulation of urban system planning such as integration of rural settlements,establishing urban-rural integrated infrastructure and facility standard,and enforcing the guidance in the construction andland use of rural settlements.更多还原
