【摘要】 1935年出台的《青岛市施行都市计划案》是中国人自己首次对青岛进行的一次长远、全面的发展规划,也是中国近代史上一次重要的现代城市规划试验。本文从国家的历史进程和城市自身发展两个方面,论述了该规划产生的社会背景;通过大量第一手史料,全面分析了该规划的主要内容、体现的先进意识以及局限性。历史分析说明,该规划典型反映了现代城市规划在中国近代从被迫接受到主动学习的发展脉络。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 1935’ Qingdao Urban Plan Project is the first master plan working-out by Chinese planers. It is also an important experiment of modern urban planning in modern China. This Project was the result both of the unique progress of China and the development of the city itself. Based on the first-hand historical materials, the paper gives a comprehensive review of the plan: its main contents, advanced ideas, and limitations. We can conclude that the 1935’ Qingdao Urban Plan Project is an typical case reflected the attitude of Chinese to modern urban planning changed from the passive acceptance to active implement and through which representing the urban planning trajectory in modern China.更多还原
