【Abstract】 In the earlier stage of the new rural construction of socialism, mighty village renovation works are undertaken in many provinces. In this background, the paper starts from summarizing the historical experience and lessons, analyzes the significance of village renovation and four mistakes frequent to cadres at the basic level, proposes five "priorities" for village renovation to establish right policies, and emphasizes the necessity of building five long-term systems, in the same time of renovation, to rectify the insufficient supply of the public facilities in the rural areas of China.更多还原
