【摘要】 行政指导是市场经济所要求的行政民主化的结果。由于我国行政指导制度缺乏法律明确规定,导致行政指导在实践中存在责任归属不明确等诸多问题。从行政指导的理论背景及价值定位入手,对我国行政指导的责任追究体制进行了探讨,认为现阶段构建行政指导责任追究体制应当遵循合理性原则,完善有关立法和配套措施,来实现行政指导的法治化。更多还原
