【Abstract】 The wide use of technologies,such as computer,network and multimedia,has brought the educational circles the unexpected development opportunities.It has become the focus of educators through using these technologies to develop remote education.The major point of this essay is how to build up a complete open multimedia distant-education teaching system.The author introduces that this system is set up on the concepts of education technology and open education based on the web,and analyzes the different aspects of software,content of course and teaching management organization for its realization.更多还原
