【Abstract】 ITo counter the calamity of storm suddenly dropped in Heyuan City of Guangdong Province on June 8th, 2005, we think again various problems existed in planning of urban drainage system in Heyuan City. So we appeal the relative department for compiling well the planning of urban construction and drainage, for regulating and adjusting the existed problems so as to prevent and reduce the loss from flood.更多还原
