【摘要】 目的探讨血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因插入(I)/缺失(D)多态性与中、青年缺血性脑卒中的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)对96例急性缺血性脑卒中患者(其中中、青年患者55例,老年患者41例)和58例中、青年健康对照者的ACE基因I/D多态性进行研究。结果ACE基因DD基因型频率在3组人群中均低,但差异无统计学意义。结论ACE基因多态性可能不是中、青年缺血性脑卒中的遗传危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE) gene insertion(I)/deletion(D) polymorphism and ischemic stroke in mid-adults and young adults.Methods With polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technique ACE genotypes were examined in 96 patients with acute ischemic stroke(55 youth-middle aged patients and 41 agedness patients) and 58 youth-middle aged healthy controls.Results The frequency of DD genotype was low in the three groups.But there was no significant difference in the three groups.And there was no significant difference in the frequency of D/I allele in the three groups.Conclusion The results suggest that ACE gene I/D polymorphism may not be a risk factor for ischemic stroke in mid-adults and young adults.更多还原
