【摘要】 目的探讨凋亡抑制基因survivin与宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌的关系。方法选取本院收治的83例宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变105例和正常宫颈30例作为研究对象。用S-P免疫组化法进行survivin基因表达检测,比较三者之间表达的差异,探讨survivin表达与宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌及宫颈癌患者临床病理特点的关系。结果正常宫颈survivin基因表达均为阴性,随宫颈上皮内病变的发展,survivin表达阳性升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005),survivin表达与子宫颈癌淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论survivin基因在宫颈从癌前病变向宫颈癌演变的过程中起重要作用。survivin基因表达与子宫颈癌患者的淋巴转移显著相关。survivin基因表达可作为决定宫颈癌综合治疗和提示预后的病理学指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship among survivin gene,CIN and the cervical cancer.Methods The S-P immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression of survivin gene in our 83 cervical cancer tissues,105 CIN cervical tissues and 30 normal cervical tissues in our hospital in order to compare the expression differences among them.The clinical and pathological relationship among the expression of survivin gene,CIN and the cervical cancer was analyzed.Results All the normal cervical tissues were negative in the expression of surviving gene.With the development of cervical endoepithelial lesions,the positive expression of survivin gene was increased with significant difference(P<0.005).A significant association was found between the expression of survivin and the lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Suvivin plays an important roll in the progression from CIN to the cervical cancer.There is a significant association between the expression of survivin and the lymph node metastasis.So the expression of survivin can be used as a pathological index to choose the general treatment and to clue to the prognosis for the cervical cancer.更多还原
