【摘要】 区域经济互动发展按性质、类型和功能可划分为不同的类别,性质上分为行政手段下的初级互动、市场行为下的中级互动及市场和行政相结合的高级互动,类型上分为政治互动、政策与战略互动、智力互动、资源互动及逆互动,功能上分为上下互动、内外互动和功能互动。要实现区域经济“双赢”发展,应充分挖掘增长极“领头羊”辐射效应,逐步完善中央和地方分级管理体系,加速生产力梯度转移的制度创新,完善集聚人力资本的人才激励机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristics,type and function of regional economic interactive development are classified into many types.The characteristics are classified into initial interaction based on administration,medium-level interaction based on market behavior,high-level interaction based on connection of market and administration,political interaction based on classification,interaction between policy and strategy,intellectual interaction,resources interaction,reverse interaction,up-down interaction based on function,inside-outside interaction and functional interaction.In order to realize "win-win" development of regional economy,the "bellwether" radiation effect of growth pole should be sufficiently mined,different administrative system between central government and local governments should gradually completed,institution innovation of productivity gradient transfer should be accelerated and talent incentive mechanism of gathering human capital should be completed.更多还原
